Poor service food nasty.
I wasn't expecting much this far off the beaten path, but it's worth the trip into the country if you want well-prepared Louisiana fare. We had the shrimp skewer as an appetizer, and the shrimp were not only cooked perfectly (no rubbery, overcooked nonsense here), but seasoned so beautifully I had to restrain myself from licking the plate. We also had the good fortune to show up on the night of the duck special, which was a steal, and absolutely delicious. The portion we got for $13.99 would easily take $30 in a larger city. The service was friendly and felt almost like being at someone's home. Recommended.

It was ok ! Prices rised since last visit so i would think food would. Taste better for the prices they charged
